Total-E-Bound, publishers of Erotic Romantic fiction in print and online, recently updated their call for submissions, including some new anthologies for 2009. If you're looking for a new market or a reason to break out your pen, they just might have it.
Total-E-Bound publishes primarily ebooks, although they also have a print line. They target a female audience, with erotic fiction that ranges (in their own style guide's words) from totally sizzling, to totally taboo.

The call includes submissions for this year's quarterly anthologies. Each includes stories of 15-20 K words, and the appropriate hotness factor (which for total-e-bound is usually pretty hot). This year's anthologies will include:
Night of the Senses - Bondage/BDSM Anthology (Submission deadline is October 10th 2008 for release in Feb 2009)
Caught in the Middle - Ménage or more Anthology (Submission deadline is December 10th 2008 for release in May 2009)
Friction - Gay anthology (Submission deadline is March 10th 2009 for release in August 2009)
and
Over the Moon - Paranormal Anthology (Submission deadline is June 10th 2009 for release in November 2009)
I like this market a lot, they have a nice site and community. However they also request British English in their guidelines, and I don't know if I'm excluded. I will try hard not to let my midwestern drawl out. Great market for you Commonwealthers however.
